How do I order?
Choose a product and use Buy now or Add to bag. Checkout keeps your chosen items together, collects your delivery address and opens secure payment. You do not need an account or a consultation to shop.
How can I pay?
Nigerian orders use Paystack in naira. Other supported currencies use Stripe. The secure payment page shows the methods available for your order. Never send card details in WhatsApp.
Are the prices in naira?
Choose NG NGN in the currency selector for Nigerian prices. You can also view USD, CAD, GBP and EUR. Product prices exclude delivery. Items with several length or lace options use the displayed anchor price and may need the exact option confirmed after purchase.
Where do you deliver?
Choose your country, region and city at checkout, then enter your full delivery address. Configured routes show the delivery fee and timing. Other destinations can pay for the product online and receive the courier quote separately.
Is this human hair?
Our wigs are sold as human hair. Each product page describes the style and construction. A texture name does not establish the country of origin or a raw-hair grade.
Can I see the hair before ordering?
Open a product to see its style views, details and price. If you want help choosing a texture, length or colour, Nova can help on WhatsApp.
Do I have to chat before choosing?
No. Browse products and prices freely, enter your delivery details, and pay securely online when the listed product price is available. Nova is there if you want help, and WhatsApp remains an optional support channel.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Contact Tosin with your order reference. For defects, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video. See Shipping & returns for the existing return conditions.
